My Political Science professor offered me one bump up on my grade (example: C+ to B-) if I write a 5 to 7 page essay on things I found "interesting" during my trip to Washington D.C. There were TONS of interesting things, but here are a few facts that
really struck my interest:
1. George Washington had a teal dining room.

2. The Smithsonian has an ultra-cool collection of lunchboxes in the cafeteria.

3. The statues Lady of Freedom and Lady of Liberty are not the same thing.

And that's all I can think of at the moment.
