All clients must abide by the following *Terms and Conditions:

Once you have placed your order, a 50% deposit is required to get your name on my waiting list. The remaining 50% is due once you have approved the design and are ready to have it installed on your blog.

If you incur any additional fees after your initial payment (for example, you decide you want to include an additional iStock image), you will be given a 3 day grace period to pay them. If you do not get additional fees paid within 3 days, you will lose your place in line and be put on hold at the bottom of the waiting list until the fees are paid.

Prices are subject to change. You are guaranteed a design at the current rate only after you have filled out the order form and submitted your deposit.

I list clients in my waiting list in the order that I receive their deposits.
Each client is different, and therefore each project takes a variable amount of time. For this reason, I will give you estimated beginning and completion dates for your design, but they are not guaranteed.

It is possible to have your design expedited by a guaranteed completion date, depending on my schedule. Please contact me to get a quote.

I will be in contact with you when your name nears the top of the waiting list. If I do not hear from you within a few days, your design will be put on hold and I will start with the next client on the list. I cannot guarantee that your design will be completed quickly if you fail to send correspondence in a timely manner.

All designs are created using the default template of each respective blog platform. If you would like to use a template other than the default, please notify me as additional charges may apply.

Design packages do not include the price of character illustrations, whether purchased from myself, iStock, or 3rd party illustrators. Minor edits such as changing hair and eye color are included in each design package. Additional fees may apply for more complex edits such as character's pose, alternate outfits, etc. All characters you would like to have incorporated into your design MUST be created by the same artist.

I allocate my customers 3 complimentary drafts before installation, meaning you will have 2 chances to change as much as you'd like about the design (within reason). Changes requested after the first 3 drafts are subject to an hourly rate of $25.

I do not hold myself responsible for any loss or damage to your blog content. Generally, your content will remain undisturbed during installation of your design, but it is your responsibility to back up your content before the installation process begins.

If you would like new features added to your blog and/or content added into your sidebar(s), please make arrangements with me before the design process begins. These is not included in the package price, and additional fees will apply.

I can only guarantee that my designs will display properly in the most current versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari. I do my best to make all client blogs display flawlessly in every web browser, but often 100% compatibility is not possible.

Each of my designs contain a link stating "Design by A Blog to Brag About" in the footer. Removal of this link is considered a violation of terms.

Any editing or redistribution of my artwork is strictly forbidden. Please note that editing template artwork is in violation of iStock's terms of use and is punishable by law.
